Rohit Bagga is Director and Managing Partner at RIB Consulting, overseeing business development and delivery excellence.

He was trained under Late Dr. Naoto Sasaki (direct disciple of Prof. Ishikawa) and Late Dr. Shrinivas Gondhalekar.

Prior to RIB Consulting, he worked in Japan with Toyota suppliers and headed manufacturing transformation projects at more than 50 different companies in East Africa with the support of the United Nations Development Program.

With over 15 years of experience, Rohit has successfully led multiple projects focused on business performance improvement in more than 100 different organizations. He has served clients across sectors, including Food, FMCG, Plastics, Paper, Automobile, Metal, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Textiles, Utilities, Retail, Consumer Products, and more.

His background includes extensive work in implementing Lean principles, TPM, and Hoshin Kanri, helping clients to reduce waste, improve quality, and enhance overall performance.
