Sameer Bali is Director and Managing partner at RIB Consulting, overseeing consulting and training delivery. 

 

He started his journey on LEAN KAIZEN in 2000 and got significant results in his earlier organization. His Industrial experience lasted 12 years from Graduate Trainee to Head of Manufacturing of a leading auto company of Japanese origin.

Sameer has been trained on Toyota Production Systems in Japan and has been consulting in India, Middle East, Africa, Russia & Srilanka for the last 15 years. 

Sameer has successfully led multiple projects and training focused on operational excellence  in more than 100 different organizations.  He has served clients across sectors including Food, FMCG, Plastics, Printing & Packaging, Automobile, Metal, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Steel, Textiles, Consumer products and more.
